ingredients Weight Loss Protein Salad Recipe
- 3/4 cup green moong
- 3/4 cup black chana
- 200 grams cottage cheese
- 1 medium onion
- 1 medium tomato
- 2 tbsps coriander leaves
- 1 tbsp chopped raw mango
- 1/2 tsp black salt
- 1 tsp roasted and ground cumin
- 1/2 tsp black pepper powder
- 1/2 chat masala
- 1 lemon juice
Method
MAKE A Sprout
I will take the black chana in the bowl. I will soak the chana overnight in water. At least 5-6 hours. I will wet and drain out the extra water. Add the soaked chana and tie it into a bundle. You can hang it on a kitchen top or in a bowl. But keep in mind that you keep the muslin cloth damp. The roots will grow and we will get sprouted chana. We will make sprouted moong dal similarly. You can see how nicely they have sprouted.

Add vegetarian protein
Let’s take the sprouted chana in a bowl. Add the sprouted moong dal and cottage cheese. Lot add some chopped onions. Chopped tomatoes and chopped coriander. Now I will add roasted peanuts and chopped raw mango.
Add dry masalas
We will add dry masalas, the same black salt, and roasted, and ground cumin. Chopped green chilies for some spice. and black pepper powder same chat masala. Let’s add lemon juice and I’ll mix it all up. Serve it and feel healthy.
