Ingredients List Palak paneer recipe
For making Palak Puree
- Paneer 600-700 gm
- palak (spinach)-2 bunches (cleaned)
- hara dhanya (fresh coriander) 2-tbsp
- pudina (fresh mint)
- hari mirch (green chilies) 2.3 nos
- adrak (ginger) 1-inch
Fir making Tomato Paste
- 3 Medium Size Tomatoes
- 4-5 Garlic Cloves
- 1 inch Ginger
- 5-6 Cashew nuts
Prepper masala
- 5 tbsp Oil
- 1 tsp Cumin Seeds
- 2 Small Bay Leaves
- 2 Finely Chopped Onion
- Tomato Paste
- Salt to taste
- 1 tsp Red Chili Powder
- 1 tsp Coriander Powder
- 1/4 tsp Turmeric Powder
- 1 tsp Kasuri Methi
- 1 tsp Garam Masala
- Palak Puree
- Water as required
- 3 tbsp Malaai or Fresh Cream
- 1 tbsp Butter
For Tadka
- 2 tsp Desi Ghee
- 4-5 Chopped Garlic Cloves
- 2 Dry Red Chilli
Blanch spinach
- Blanch briefly for 10-15 seconds.
- Immediately dip in ice-cold water.
- Transfer the blanched spinach to a grinding jar and add fresh coriander, fresh mint, green chilies, and ginger add a little water as required to grind easily.
- Spinach puree is ready.
Fry Paneer
- Briefly shallow fry the paneer on a medium-high flame from all the sides
- Add the paneer to warm water until next used. This process helps to keep the paneer moist & soft.

Tomatoes purry
- Now we have taken three medium-sized tomatoes, one-inch pieces of ginger,4-5 cloves of garlic, and 5-6 cashews.
- Put all things in a mixer jar and grind without adding water.
Prepper masala
- Now we will take a pan in which add oil, oil gets hot. We will add cumin and bay leaves. Add finely chopped onions.
- Fry the onions on hi-film for 3-4 min. we will add tomato paste to it.
Add Spices
- we add spices, salt, red chili powder, coriander powder, and turmeric mix well and cover it for 3-4 minutes.
- Add Kasuri methi and garam masala and we will add spinach curry to it. Add ½ cup water and cook it on low flame for 7-8 min.
Add cream and butter
- After 7-8 min gravy is ready. Now this stage adds homemade cream and butter. mix well in the gravy.
- Now we will add fry paneer. We will mix it well and cook it for 4-5 minutes palak paneer curry is ready.
Tarka
Take a frying pan and add desi ghee add garlic cloves fry it and add 4 dried red chilies. The garlic is turned light golden and we will apply Tarka to the vegetable. Over palak paneer is redy.
