We’ll use a simple sandwich bread, & make a simple filling & everything will be cooked in a pan itself. & the recipe is ready instantly. & usually, when we go to a coffee shop & the chicken tikka sandwich we get there, is very similar to that. Or even more delicious than that. This recipe is perfect for your kid’s lunch boxes for evening snacks. It is ready quickly & turns out delicious. It’s very easy to grill it as well. you don’t need any griller-to aster. You can grill it in a skillet.

Cook the Chicken:

  1. I’ve also diced a large onion, & I’ve diced 2 medium capsicum.
  2. Now, heat a wok on tonight’s flame, now to add butter & oil, we’ve added oil to prevent the butter from burning. Once oil & butter are hot, add chopped onion, stir it & cook it for 1-2 minutes, then add diced capsicum. Cook the capsicum on a high flame for 1 minute. After that add the chicken tandoori marinade and cook on high flame for 7-8 minutes. You can see that our filling is ready.
  3. Transfer it to a bowl & bring it to room temperature by cooling it down. I need a half quantity in a bowl. I’m adding 2-3 tbsp of mayonnaise and mixing it well.
Assemble the Sandwich:
  1. Now, take 2 sandwich bread slices, then smear soft butter on them. Nicely butter both the bread slices.
  1. Once buttered, spread 2-3 spoons of this chicken tikka filling on the sandwich evenly. Here, I’m placing a cheese slice on top,
  1. After adding the cheese slice, place the other sandwich bread on top, and lightly press it so the sandwich comes together.
Grill the Sandwich:
  1. Lightly butter the outside of the sandwich.
  2. Place the sandwich on the grill or in a pan, and grill until the bread is golden brown and crispy on both sides.

Serve:

  1. Cut the sandwiches in half if you like.
  2. Serve hot and enjoy your Chicken Tikka Sandwich!
