Chicken Club Sandwich marinate Ingredients:
- 1 tbsp peri peri sauce
- 1 tbsp mustard paste
- 1 tsp oyster sauce
- 1 tbsp oil
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 350 gram chicken boneless
Marinate the chicken
Take one large bowl and add this peri-peri sauce, mustard paste, oyster sauce, vinegar, oil, black pepper, and salt mix it well, and add chicken boneless and apply the souse, marinate for 1-2 hours.

Grill the chicken
Grease the grill pan with oil and grill chicken from both sides using low to medium flame set aside.
Grill chicken Ingredients:
- 2 eggs
- pinch of salt
- pinch of black pepper powder
- 2 tbsp oil
Cook omelet
Take a bowl and add 2 eggs a pinch of salt, and a pinch of black pepper powder, and mix it well, take one frying pan and add 1-2 tbsp oil, and cook the omelet divide it into four pieces and set aside.
Sandwich sauce Ingredients:
- 3/4 cup mayonnaise
- 1 tbsp peri-peri sauce
- 1 tbsp hot sauce
- 1 tbsp mustard paste
- 1 tbsp BBQ sauce
- 1 tsp lemon juice
- 1 tbsp pickled jalapenos chopped
- pinch of salt
- pinch of black pepper
Sandwich sauce
Take a bowl and add ¾ cup mayonnaise, peri–peri sauce, or hot sauce add mustard paste, BBQ sauce, lemon juice, pickled jalapenos chopped, a pinch of salt, and a pinch of black pepper mix it and sandwich sauce ready.
Sandwich Assemble Ingredients:
- · 3 slices of white or whole-wheat bread
- · 2-3 slices of cooked chicken breast or turkey
- · 2-3 slices of cooked bacon
- · 1 slice of cheddar or Swiss cheese
- · omelet
- · Lettuce leaves
- · Tomato slices
- · Pickles (optional)
- · Sandwich sauce
- · Butter
Prepare the ingredients:
Cook the chicken breast or turkey until done, and let it cool. Cook the bacon until crispy. Toast the bread slices until golden brown.
Assemble the first layer:
- Spread Sandwich sauce on one side of the first slice of toast.
- Add a layer of lettuce, a slice of tomato, cheese, and a few slices of chicken or turkey.
Add the second layer:
- Place the second slice of toast on top.
- Spread Sandwich sauce on this slice, and add more lettuce, tomato, bacon slices, and add omelet and cucumber (if using).
- You can also add pickles for extra flavor.
Top it off:
Place the third slice of toast on top and spread a little butter or Sandwich sauce on the outside.
Secure and cut
Cut the sandwich into quarters, ensuring each quarter is secured with a toothpick to keep the layers to gether.
Serve:
- Serve the club sandwich with French fries, coleslaw, or a pickle.
