- 1 kg raw mangoes
- 1/2 kg sugar (adjust to taste)
- 1 teaspoon black salt
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 green chili
- 1/2 inch ginger
- 1 teaspoon fennel seed powder
- 1 teaspoon roasted cumin powder
- 1 teaspoon black pepper powder

1. Boil the mango

2. Extract the pulp.
Let the mango cool. Remove the skin and the pulp from the fruit’s stone. & collect all the flesh into a bowl.
3. Bland
Pulp, then transfer it into a mixer grinding jar, now to add green chili, a piece of inch ginger, salt, black salt, roasted cumin seed powder, and black paper powder & add 1tbsp fennel seed powder, now without adding any water, grind all these ingredients to form a fine paste.
4.Amm panna puree
Take a pan and add 500 grams of sugar and water just enough to cover the sugar. Once the sugar is dissolved, add the juice of the lemon to save the past, once nicely mixed cook all the things together for 4-5 minutes. The Amm panna puree is ready.
5. Prepare the Drink
In a large glass, add the mango puree. Add cold water to the puree, adjusting the quantity according to your taste preference. Mix well to combine everything.
6. Serve
Pour the Aam Panna into glasses.
Add ice cubes.
Garnish with mint leaves if desired.
