Ingredients Weight loss salad Recipe for Dinner

  • 1 table coconut oil
  •  1 cup boiled channa
  • 1/2 tes Fresh ginger chopped
  • Coriander  leaves
  • Half lemon
  • 1/2 cup chopped tomato
  • 1/2 cup chopped onion
  • 1/2 cup chopped carrot
  • 1/2 cup chopped cucumber
  • 2-3 sprigs fresh moringa leave
  • 1 tsp roasted sesame seeds
  • Some pomegranate seeds
  • amchur (as required
  • pinch of pepper powder
  • Methed

    Prepare the vegetable  

    Make the dressing

    • Now in a bowl add boiled channa, finely chopped fresh ginger, and coriander leaves squeeze in half a lemon add in salt, and mix well.

    combine the ingredients

    • into a large bowl add chopped vegetables and in the prepared channa 2-3 sprigs of fresh moringa sprinkle in roasted sesame seeds in amchur, sprinkle in about pinch of pepper powder, and the last coconut oil and the mixed good supper weight loss and healthy salad is ready.
