- Cheddar cheese Grated 1/2 Cup
- Mozzarella Cheese Grated 1/2 Cup
- Beef mince 350g
- Onion chopped 1 large
- Garlic chopped 1 tes
- Read chili powder 1 tbs or to taste
- Salt 1 & 1/2 tsp or to taste
- Cumin powder 1/2 tsp
- Garlic powder 1/2 tsp
- Dried oregano 1/2 tsp
- Red chili crushed 1/2 tsp
- Tomato 5-6 medium
- Cream 1/2 cup
- Lemon juice 1 tbs
- Salt 1/4 tsp
- Cooking oil 5-6 tbs
Method Spicy beef cheese noodles
- By taking the fray pen into it cut the tomato into two parts and keep it. And at the same time add half a cup of water to it.
- Keep covered for two to three minutes. Take off the tomato scan with it. Blend the tomatoes blend to make a puree.
- Put the lemon juice and salt mix in half a cup of cream. Let it rest for 30 minutes.
- Put cooking oil in a pan when it becomes light warm. Then add chopped onion and garlic to it.
- Saute until translucence. Then add back mince to it.
- Mix well until it changes color Prepare taco seasoning Also add tomato paste to it add the prepared tomato puree and add 1 cup water.
- Bring it to a boil cover & cook on low flame for 8 to 10 minutes. 1 cup water or as required add 1 packet of spaghetti. Cover & cook on low flame for 20 -25 minutes.
- Add the cheese and cover & simmer low flame for 4-5 minutes or until chees melts.
- Now it is ready, take it out on a plate and garnish it. Top it with sour cream and serve.
