- Chicken Alfredo is perfect for a weeknight dinner: Super juicy pieces of chicken in a smooth and creamy, extra cheesy alfredo sauce.
I am Madiha. Today, we will make Creamy Chicken Alfredo Pasta using whatever tricks I have learned from my experience in this restaurant field or from other people working there. Let me know if we can make pasta today. This will be fat Chinese pasta. Along with it, steak or chicken will be made. You make the pasta, pasta sauce is also made which is the steak. How does it remain soft you must have noticed one thing if you make chicken steak at home. It gets stretched and becomes hard news or does not go, so how can we avoid that thing? So with this, you can start your brand at home and go out and get a job through this. I will tell you everything in detail. I will tell you how to make chicken steak and sugar creamy pasta.

Are you in this mega fan club? What do you buy there? And why? If you are in the Twin Cities like me… did you know they have a newly renovated Roseville location? Um, yeah.
Don’t reach for one right away.
At first, I was going to do my basic tahini dressing, but then the thought of a basil dressing came t0 mind so I switched it up.

It’s a simple mix of basil pesto, tahini, and lemon. I also added a splash of red wine vinegar. The tahini makes it extra creamy and the pesto adds that herby, garlicky flavor. And when you toss it all together with the crispy chicken?

Directions
- Prepare the Chicken:
- First of all, chicken. It is chicken breast, and it should be 100 to 120 grams. Now, all you have to do is take a meat hammer or a rolling pin and pound it a little here and there. We marinated it for 20-25 minutes with yogurt, salt, red chili powder, red chili flakes, black pepper powder, oil, ginger garlic paste, food color, and soya sauces.
Heat olive oil or butter in a skillet over medium heat. Cook chicken for 5-7 minutes on each side until golden brown and fully cooked. Remove from skillet and slice into strips. - Cook the Pasta:
- Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil cook the pasta according to the package instructions until al dente. Reserve 1 cup of pasta water, then drain.
- Make the Alfredo Sauce
- Now, we’ll add oil to a pan with finely chopped garlic. We’ll add packets of fresh cream and mix it well. Then, we’ll add milk, black pepper powder, chili flakes, mixed herbs, chicken cubes, and salt, and mix it well. Finally, we’ll add cheese slices, olives, and mushrooms, and mix it well.
- Combine Everything:
- Now we’ll add boiled fettuccine pasta to the sauce cut the chicken into slices like this and place it on top of the pasta served at the restaurant.
- Serve:
- Plate the pasta, garnish with freshly chopped parsley or basil, and sprinkle extra Parmesan on top.
Notes
- For a lighter sauce, substitute half of the cream with milk or chicken broth.
- Add sautéed mushrooms or steamed broccoli for extra flavor and texture.
- Ensure the Parmesan cheese is fresh; pre-grated cheese may not melt smoothly.
